INTERVISTA AL MANAGER INGLESE PRIMO NELLA MASSIMA SERIE

In attesa della intervista/replica di un nostro mod, abbiamo intervistato il manager primo nella serie 1 inglese che si appresterà a vincere il campionato.

Abbiamo voluto postare anche la parte in inglese in quanto l'intervistato vuole poter leggere insieme ai suoi amici ciò che ci ha voluto dire.

ENG- How is the spirit of the British after the opening of goalunited 2011? you turned? or managers remained faithful to the first version?

ITA- Come è lo spirito degli inglesi dopo l'apertura di goalunited 2011? Avete cambiato? O siete rimasti fedeli alla prima versione?

ENG - Honestly, i don´t know many british players, but my friends all remained playing the classic version and no one wants to turn and play the new version. It’s not only the pay4win factor of the new version. Its more that managers playing with their team for several seasons and they and me love their actual team. I know all my players first names and birthdays :) they are like my family lol If u see them grow up form base 1.0 and you train them up to get part of the 1st team, u not going to start form zero and do it all again. The british community in the forum is very small, so it’s really hard to say what the most managers think about the new version.

ITA- Onestamente non conosco tanti manager britannici ma tutti i miei amici sono rimasti a giocare alla versione calssica e nessuno vuole cambiare e giocare alla nuova versione. Non è solo il fatto del pay4win della nuova versione. E’ tanto che giochiamo con la nostra squadra per tante stagioni e quindi noi amiamo la nostra squadra attuale.Conosco tutti i nomi e le date di compleanno dei miei giocatori :) sono come la mia famiglia lol. Se li vedi crescere da 1,0 di strenght e li alleni per farli diventare parte della prima squadra, non andresti a iniziare da zero e rifare tutto da capo.La comunità inglese del forum è veramente piccola, quindi è veramente difficile dire cosa pensano la maggior parte dei manager riguardo la nuova versione.

ENG-What is for you GU Classic?

ITA-Cos’è per te GU classic?

ENG- As mentioned at 1^st reply, GU classic is part of my life, i play it now for several years and put a lot of time in it to improve my team. Also having a long term plan how to replace some players that are getting in age that is not really useful for GU. I´ll never change to another game or other version. It took much effort and "love" to get my team as it is now. I started in 6th division and gone a really hard way to get the 1st division. Some bad beats in relegation matches ....

ITA-Come detto nella risposta alla prima domanda, Gu classic è parte della mia vita, ad ora ci gioco da molti anni e ci ho messo un sacco di tempo per migliorare la mia squadra. Inoltre ho un progetto a lungo termine per sostituire qualche giocatore che sarà in età non utile per GU.

Non potrò mai cambiare per un altro gioco o un’ altra versione. Ci sono voluti molti sforzi e "amore" per ottenere la squadra che ho adesso. Ho iniziato in 6th serie e ho affrontato un duro cammino per arrivare in 1°serie. Qualche brutta sconfitta con squadre da retrocessione…

ENG-You have shown that you can win a championship without necessarily deserved a factory (manager who has more than 18 players of the same role and coaches only the same skills to grow their market value) What do you have to say to all managers that use heavy factories? (25 forwards, 25 defense, etc ...)

ITA-Hai dimostrato che puoi vincere un campionato senza necessariamente fare una fabbrica (manager che ha più di 18 giocatori dello stesso ruolo e che allena le stesse skills per incrementare il valore di mercato).

Cos’hai da dire ai manager che usano una fabbrica pesante? (25 attaccanti, 25 difensori, etc.)

ENG-I´m not a fan of the farm teams, for me it’s a kind of bug that managers use to improve their bankroll. I was really hoping northworks was going to change it and for example make it similar to the goalkeeper training (so you can only train a max nr of players of a position) but unfortunately they made a new version instead of improving the best soccer manager so far. As everybody can see my team is not a farm, never been one and will never be a farm team. It’s possible to be successful training all positions. Just take your time and improve your team step by step. Finally what i can say to the farm team managers? answer:...... (not legal to publish) lol

ITA- Non sono un fan delle squadre che fabbricano, per me è una specie di bug che i manager usano per incrementare i loro soldi. Ero molto speranzoso del fatto che la Northworks andasse a cambiarlo, per esempio mettendolo simile all’allenamento dei portieri (così da allenare solo un numero massimo di giocatori per posizione) ma sfortunatamente hanno creato una nuova versione invece che migliorare il miglior manageriale di calcio attuale. Se tutti guardassero, la mia squadra non è una fabbrica, mai lo è stata e mai lo sarà. E’ possibile avere successo allenando tutte le posizioni. Basta avere tempo e far crescere la squadra passo per passo. Finalmente, cosa posso dire ai manager che fabbricano? Risposta…..: (illegale da pubblicare) lol

ENG-Many English teams have the initials[VN] before the team name... what does it mean?

ITA-Molte squadre inglesi hanno l’iniziale [VN] prima del nome della squadra… Cosa significa?

ENG- The VN stands for Vietnam. A lot of vietnamese players joined GU before they had their own league. They started a petition to send to Northworks to let them know that they are so many players and would love to have their own country to play a vietnam league. Well, now they have a vietnam league but still so many managers play their english team. For my opinion most of them are multi accounts (means they have a team in vietnam league and in the english) but no one treats them for having 2 or more teams or let’s say they do it as really many managers and they have an account for the whole family, 4 brothers, 5 sisters, mom, dad, grandpa and grandma the dog, cat,......i don´t like the managers that play many teams - different strategies to follow and see which one will success. I play only this Team and its more than enough to have fun. Be focussed on 1 team and you´ll easier have success and more fun.

ITA-VN significa Vietnam. Molti vietnamiti iniziarono a giocare prima di avere il loro campionato. Iniziarono una petizione da mandare alla Northworks per far capire che erano tanti giocatori e che volevano avere la propria nazionalità e giocare nel campionato del Vietnam. Bene, ora hanno il loro campionato ma molti manager giocano con la loro squadra inglese. Secondo la mia opinione molti di loro sono multi account (hanno una squadra vietnamita e una inglese) ma nessuno li considera multi account in quanto molti manager hanno account per tutta la famiglia, 4 fratelli, 5 sorelle, mamma, papa, nonno, nonna,cane gatto…. non mi piacciono i manager che giocano con più squadre con differenti strategie da seguire per vedere quale di queste avrà successo. Io gioco con un ‘unica squadra ed è più che sufficiente per farmi divertire. Concentrandosi su una squadra sarà più semplice avere successo e avere più divertimento.

ENG-At the moment you think English clubs have reached or even exceeded the strength of the best Italian teams? or you think English clubs are still a step behind?

ITA-Al momento pensi che i club inglesi hanno raggiunto o addirittura superato la forza dei migliori club italiani? Oppure pensi che siano ancora un gradino sotto?

Eng-As mentioned above the english community is very small and if you read the english forum you don´t find lot of helpful threads. With a bit more share of knowledge the english clubs could be much stronger. Without knowing the italian league I’m sure in england we have a lot of potential to grow up some more strong teams.

ITA-Come detto prima, la comunità inglese è molto piccolo se si legge il forum inglese non si trovano molte discussioni utili. Con un po’ più di partecipazione i club inglesi possono diventare più forti. Non conoscendo il campionato italiano sono sicuro che in Inghilterra abbiamo molta potenzialità per far crescere qualche squadra forte.

ENG-Do you expected to win the national title so easily?

ITA-Ti aspettavi di vincere così facilmente il titolo nazionale?

ENG-I promoted to the 1st league and been the strongest team - so i really believed i can win the title. But didn’t expect it would be so easy. I had to often games loosing against very weak teams. But this season no bad beats so far.

ITA- Promosso in 1°serie, ero la squadra più forte. Quindi ho veramente creduto di poter vincere il titolo. Ma non pensavo di farlo così facilmente. Ho avuto spesso sconfitte contro squadre molto deboli. Ma questa stagione non ho avuto brutte sconfitte finora.

ENG-How come you have been detained so long in the lower series that this is your first season in top division?

ITA-Come mai sei stato fermo così a lungo nelle serie inferiori tanto che questo è il tuo primo anno nella massima serie?

ENG-Well i started in 6th division. In the beginning i had to fight against a lot of strong but old teams. Everytime i’ve been promoted to a higher division there was 1 team 10-15 bs stronger than me and i wasn´t lucky to past the relegation as the 2nd team. Another point that was really very frustrating been the relegation matches in 3rd division and 2nd div. Started the playoff with 3 pts and been 10 and 20 bs stronger than the other teams, but i lost both games, i played with enough effort and good tactics, but the match engine was against me. View the list of my playoff games and you´ll find some really bad beats. Playing a whole season winning the championship and then loose the playoff against really weak teams made me near to quit the game.

ITA-Ho iniziato in 6°serie. All’inizio ho lottato contro tante squadre forti ma vecchie. Quando sono stato promosso in una serie maggiore c’era sempre una squadra di forza superiore alla mia di 10/15 punti e ho avuto sempre la sfortuna di essere la seconda squadra del girone. Un’altra cosa molto frustrante furono i play-off di terza e seconda serie. Iniziai i play-off con 3 punti e con 10 e 20 punti di forza in più rispetto alle altre ma persi entrambe le partite, giocando con buone tattiche e impegno normale ma il motore del gioco fu contro di me. Se si guardano nel calendario i miei play-off si possono trovare delle brutte sconfitte.

Giocare una intera stagione vincendo il campionato e poi perdere i play-off contro delle squadre più deboli mi hanno portato davvero vicino a lasciare il gioco.

ENG-Do you see some english teams that can undermine you in short time?

ITA-Vedi qualche squadra che ti può insidiare a breve?

ENG-No, not in a short time. My team still has potential to grow and also young players are ready to replace some of the old players in a short period. I also build up my bankroll and save money for the time a strong team is coming close to me so i can react on the transfer market :))For the moment i see only 2 Teams with the potential to undermine me. (TR) Power of turks or Mangusta. But it will take some time for them and lets see how they manage the next seasons.

ITA-No nel breve no. La mia squadra ha ancora un potenziale di crescita e anche i giovani giocatori sono pronti a sostituire alcuni dei vecchi nel breve periodo. Ho anche risparmiato i soldi per ovviare una possibile crescita alla mia forza di una squadra rivale, in modo che possa reagire sul mercato. Per il momento vedo solo due squadre che possono insidiarmi. (TR) Power of turks or Mangusta. Ma ci vorrà del tempo per loro e quindi mi consente di gestire le prossime stagioni.
